About Me & Kessy

My mom and I always talked about starting a blog, we planned and plotted, but life got in the way.  She is no longer with us, but her spirit and teachings carry on through me and this blog.  I have launched Kessy as my cathertic outlet, it's a place to share my (our) thoughts about life, love, purpose and the pursuit of happiness, as I attempt to embrace a new normal after the loss of my cherished loved one.

Some of these thoughts are my own, some are sourced, some are shared from my mom, but all move me.  I am much more connected and aware after I lost my mom.  I tend to read, or see or experience something at the exact moment I need it.  When those moments arise I don't ignore them, I cherish them and put them here as a Kessy keepsake.
